Package: libgl1-mesa-glide3
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

On a nearly fresh Etch install with a Voodoo II and a Matrox G200 AGP, as
well as on an older testing installation without a Voodoo card, I cannot
install "libgl1-mesa-glide3", as it would cause removal of "xorg" due to
dependency problems:

----------- snip -----------

As far as I can tell, "libgl1-mesa-glide3" conflicts with "libgl1",
which is provided by "libgl1-mesa-glx" -- and as "xorg" depends on
"libgl-mesa-glx", this won't work together.

As a layman, I wonder if this problem could be solved if "xorg"
wouldn't depend on "libgl-mesa-glx", but on "libgl" instead (if
that makes sense).
