The manpages were written for the Debian project (but can be customized
for every distribution) :) So you may of course use them for the
installer-created Debian/Ubuntu packages. When I overhand them to ATI,
they would be part of it anyway. The license is currently a simple MIT
license. Only one thing: the manpages definitely always need the latest
(official) docbook-xsl version.
