Some of the errors come from the fact that the size of files needed to
make the CD's bootable is not figured into the CD size at all. I added
something that can take care of this, for the CD sets I built. Look for
tools/boot/potato/boot-<arch>.calc

Right now it just sets a hard size (used in build.sh and build_all.sh) to
adjust the CD's by. In the future it should contain a per/arch calulation
of the actual adjustments.
