Uploaded debian-cd 2.2.1 to auric

Hi,

I've commited some patches and fixes. I hope they work since I couldn't
test and I uploaded the latest version to frozen... if somebody could test
it today before the dinstall run to let me know if all is ok I would
appreciate it ...
