Which should be finished now. If the CD people want to start seeing if
anything's broken, or if not, generating actual cds that's probably not
a bad idea.

There's also
<http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-us/dists/Debian2.2r2/non-US/ChangeLog>
which has the changes for the non-US packages.
You might like to add urls for non-US in other places too.
