yet another debian-mirror script

Hi All,

Some of you may be interested...

For my own needs, I have written a debian mirroring script. Its main features 
overs all other scripts I have seen is that it use ftp instead of rsync.

It runs for me, if it can run for some other guys I will be happy :)
