The Sony CD Extream Build 2.0.723 handles ISO images easily. From the "File" menu, choose "New Job...". Then select Global-Image or Other Image. This opens up the CD creation setup GUI, from there manualy enter the path to the .iso image or browse... using files of type "other" .
