aha - got it. It is in http://cdimage.debian.org/~atterer/http-ftp/ At the end of the para saying "Note that some mirrors are not up to date"... The info it refers to is at the bottom of http://cdimage.debian.org/~atterer/ but the link label #latest' is missing.
