If MULTIBOOT="yes" is present in Conf.sh, then the first CD is too large.
If it is absent, the the size is OK. MULTIBOOT adds another ~8 MB to the
image size. Caviat, assumes four multiboot options.
A fix could be incorporated into build.sh and build_all.sh.
