Well, it depends what you mena by released.

If you test these ones:

  http://cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/3.0_r0/jigdo/dvd-test/

and tell me they work (or what's wrong with them), we might be able to get
to the point where I'm willing to sign them off as released.

BTW for those that are interested, I think I've fixed the template URL
problem, so feel free to tell me again if it's still broken.
