Hi, I think the page: http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/ links the stable distro to the older 3.0r0, not the stable 3.0r1.
The specific area is: "Available images Official jigdo files for the "stable" release on CD: USA mirror, European mirror" where 'USA Mirror" points the r0. Hope this helps!
