Unfortunately, sed 4.1 has moved to testing now, whereas the fixed jigdo-file package is still in unstable because it isn't built on alpha. :-/ http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?excuse=jigdo Install the jigdo-file .deb from unstable to fix the problem.
