I'll burn a woody boot disk and see what happens here. The next question is "which boot image doesn't boot"? Disk 1 has 4 or 5 boot images - do you mean the boot menu didn't appear? Does disk 2 or 3 boot? Inexpensive motherboards are inexpensive because the manufacturer skimps on the (expensive) compatibility testing. Alotta motherboards have flakey ElTorito support.
