Removal of the rsync-debcd.acc.umu.se alias

Could this one please be taken out of the cd-image mirror list? It is an 
old relic from the days of the pseudo-image-kit and is not in use other 
than as another level of indirection.

In another matter, have someone looked at integrating the cdimage part of 
Adam's mirror checker into a nicely sorted mirror list with fresh info on 
what is on what mirror?
