To burn a debian iso cd in windows a good choice is to use burnatonce which is a cdrdao/mkisofs gui for windows (a GNU/GPL free software for non-commercial use only).
After installation: 'settings' => 'device settings' => 'write options' * check 'buffer protection' (if recorder has) * check 'eject disk' * uncheck others * select 'speed' = 2x To burn the iso image: 'File' => 'Load New Image...' * select the iso file to burn * click on the 'Write' button and confirm That's all!
