Are there non-US packages in the testing and unstable cd's? Also, how
is it possible to create (testing / unstable) cd images, say with
debian-cd, without any non-US packages?
I'm looking at possibly rolling my own Unofficial cds for distribution
in US, since I use 700MB cds and can possibly fit everything on fewer
than 12 cds.
