I just used Jigdo-lite to update my weekly build from Feb 5 to Feb 12. It was flawless for all the DVD images from my local US debian mirror!!! Of course, doing an update for a single week only required that I actually download a very small subset of files (something around a few hundred or so). When I was using jigdo to get the Feb 5th build, I was getting ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, since I had no previous image. This of course required that every single file in all 3 DVD was located on a debian mirror server. For the Feb 5th get-everything event, jidgo got about 90% of the files, then it would stop with some error. If I retried it (even several times), it didn't find the files and the alternate mirror servers it tried. I started guessing various mirrors, and I was able to eventually find (through sheer luck) the needed files for DVD 1 and 2 on some mirrors in France and Germany. For DVD 3, I just couldn't find a few files (about 10) on the mirror servers, and eventually picked them up from snapshot. If I run into missing files again using jigdo-lite, I'll be sure to let you know which files are missing. Of course with the weekly builds, new files may take a while to propagate to the mirrors so I'll be sure to give it "some time".
