Sorry debian-cd, my intention was to make this forward a reply to my "Re: Covers" but my MUA wasn't enough cooperative.
Now my reply to Tobi: > I have replacing "The GNU/Linux Debian Etch 4.0" by "Debian GNU/Linux 4.0" > and > could be moved "GNU/Linux" after "Debian" on the front cover. > "New Debian Installer" to "graphical installation mode". > http://www.onkelchentobi.de/cover8_download.html > > The CD labels have now only a section and i replaced "codename etch" > through "GNU/Linux 4.0". > http://www.onkelchentobi.de/label4_download.html Thank you. When I proposed to have only one paragraph on each label, that was to make the text more readable. I didn't see real CDs with your covers, but on my screen it seems that the text would be very small. Do you think it's a good idea to use the new space to increase the text's font size? > > *Sources > I make the cover and labels by the gimp and have the pictures in the *.xcf > format. Good. > > I hope it is ok for http://www.debian.org/CD/artwork/ I am not responsible for that, but I am pretty sure it will be. Nevertheless, it would be nice that you do something before that: create a page on your site (say http://www.onkelchentobi.de/cover/ ) which would have: * a preview and a link to cover * previews and links to labels * a statement that your work is distributed under the GPL. You already have pages with the first two items. I would like to see them in the same page. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
