Sure, I'd be happy to.  Shall I submit the multiple-component support and the 
non-i386 mirrors patches together, or as separate wishlist items?  They're 
different features, but do touch much similar code, so two independent patches 
would likely conflict with each other...

Furthermore, shall I attach my patch to bug #489516, since it helps to address 
that, or as a new wish-list bug entirely?

Sorry for all the questions; I'm just trying to not make everyone's life more 
difficult down the road :)

Please submit the next version of your patch as a wishlist bug report
against the debian-cd package.
