It seems to me that we have a link error in the URL
http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/index.en.html. I cannot follow any link under
the "Official jigdo files for the testing distribution". I guess the directory
is not valid.
This is the same behavior for any of the distribution, for any of the
language I followed: French and English.
