There are bittorrent (.torrent) files for weekly builds, but they never are seeded. For example at ftp://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/i386/bt-dvd It seems like the process of making them available is not complete. What remains to be done? Maybe I can help. (though I've never worked with serving files via BitTorrent)
