Content-Type for the torrent files on cdimage.debian.org is set to
application/octet-stream. It should be application/x-bittorrent, so that
firefox will offer to open the files in a bittorrent client.

Thanks for your report.
It appears it has been fixed, the right Content-Type is now returned by
cdimage.debian.org:
HEAD
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/5.0.3/i386/bt-cd/debian-503-i386-CD-1.iso.torrent
| grep ^Content-Type
Content-Type: application/x-bittorrent
Best regards.
