I was thinking about making the bd isos avaliable on ftp.br.debian.org/debian-cd. If there's somebody interested I might do it earlier. Download would have to be via rsync or a http client that not only can resume interrupted transfers but also check that the content is correct, because for a transfer of this size the probability of errors is significant. No torrents though.
