[not subscribed, please CC, thanks!] I tried to use the unofficial cd-including-firmware 6.0.4 netinst image, to boot from an HP Proliant DL380 G5 via USB stick. The system boots and d-i's first screen is shown. After choosing Expert Install and hit Enter, the system stops at an error claming "kernel panic: no init found". I guess it could be a problem in initramfs?
