I don't know if all of them aren't working but I've tried some of them and I'm receiving that error message too. I.E. http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/6.0.4-live/i386/bt-hybrid/debian-live-6.0.4-i386-rescue.iso.torrent tells me "requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker".
