I installed debian 3.0
selected kerenl 2.4.*
IP access via dhcp-client
so i used package dhcp-client-> system cant get a IP-number
solution was kernel 2.4 needs dhcp3-client...thereafter all works
perfect
i got during install no info about dep 2.4 <-> dhcp*-client
have fun

of support.
