Hello,As stated in http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/, weekly-builds are not distributed as torrent anymore : "All the weekly images are distributed as ISO and jigdo files."
Torrents from http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/bt-cd/ are working fine.
