Under the Debian faq "http://www.debian.org/CD/faq/#record-windows"; /
section "How do I write an ISO image under Windows?", you make the
request, "If you can provide updated information or details for other
programs, please let us know"...
Under Windows 7, simply:
insert a blank CD into the CD drive
select the ".iso" file in Windows Explorer
use context menu option "Burn disc image"
click "Burn"
That's it :-)
