Hi Stéphane, I'm investigating now - this *looks* like a snapshot.d.o bug, I'm thinking. In the meantime, all the files needed for 7.3.0 should still be on the main Debian mirrors so you shouldn't need to use the fallback download from snapshot.d.o.
