Some older Debian ISOs (e.g. 3.0_r0 (Woody) i386), though Debian has the jigdo files[1], the Debian archive appears to not have all the necessary constituent files to reconstruct the ISOs, even though the Debian documentation[2] implies they should be available.
I happen to have (some recently reconstructed[3]) a full set of ISOs (most on CD) if Debian may be interested in obtaining the missing files needed to construct the 3.0_r0 (Woody) i386 CD ISOs. A list of the ISOs I have is available at: http://www.wiki.balug.org/wiki/doku.php?id=balug:cds_and_images_etc (scroll down for the Debian section, qty. 0 also merely indicates I don't have those on read verified optical media). If Debian may be interested in obtaining those (or the files within not present on the Debian archive), certainly please drop me an email note and let me know. I do also have the Debian signed files to validate all those Debian ISOs (except for Debian GNU/Linux slink (2.1) 1/4 main binary-i386 section 1 SAM19990908 - I've not been able to find signed file to validate that image yet, though I have a believed good commercially pressed CD of that ISO that reads without error). Thanks, and hope this may be useful. footnotes/references: 1. e.g.: http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/3.0_r0/i386/jigdo-cd/ 2. http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/archive/ 3. http://bad.debian.net/pipermail/bad/2014-July/date.html -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
