I am using a livecd image to install debian stable. I made a live usb from the stable iso debian-live-8.1.0-amd64-gnome-desktop.iso. The install launcher in the Desktop folder is labeled "Install Debian sid". That seems odd when the iso image is for stable. Is it really going to install sid or is that just mislabeled. I was hoping the launcher would install stable given that is what the live image is. I need to be able to install using the launcher while running the live cd because I need to run scripts before and after the install.
