When entered wrong proxy settings in first place, reentered proxy addresses will not update the apt configuration, apt will constantly use the inital wrong proxy settings. After some attempts i installed the only base system and after login "apt-configuration dump" revealed the first, wrong proxy address and port. Current workarounds are restart of the debian installer or update apt config after base system installation.
