Hi Thomas,
Yeah I know there will never be great dates or places for everyone. I am
intending to have a live hangout for the entirety of the discussion for
anyone to attend remotely. One reason I need to sort out who can come in
person is to then find an accommodating space.

Also, yes please add yourself to the wiki list of possible attendees. I
will try to add people as I come across them too.
