Package: extlinux Version: 3:6.04~git20190206.bf6db5b4+dfsg1-3 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: j...@joshtriplett.org
extlinux cannot seem to handle ext4 files or directories whose data is stored inline in the inode (with the `inline_data` option). It's possible to work around this, by ensuring that the extlinux installation directory and configuration file are both larger than 160 bytes, but it would be nice if extlinux had native support for this. -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers unstable-debug APT policy: (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental-debug'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.8.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=C.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=C.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages extlinux depends on: ii libc6 2.31-3 Versions of packages extlinux recommends: ii syslinux-common 3:6.04~git20190206.bf6db5b4+dfsg1-3 extlinux suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
