I just repeated the steps and it turns out that I was wrong here.
That said I feel really sorry for bothering you with this. On the other
hand, it took me much trouble to find some information on the net, to
find some logic in the order of partition steps and it is my believe
some improvement could be helpful, the Debian installation guide is
quite cheesy on the subject.
