We run on 10GBPS connection and have been there for 7 years or so. We have made an important upgrade and are ready to support more projects, starting with Debian, well debian-cd to be specific as I see enough Archive mirrors in Singapore and performing well. I was about to fulfill the form to submit the mirror https://www.debian.org/mirror/submit but I got some doubts that it is the correct one for debian-cd as the documentation differ from the experience https://www.debian.org/CD/mirroring/ Hence I am reaching out directly.
