I don't see any mentioning of CD, DVD, or ISO in the text of https://www.debian.org/mirror/submit But https://www.debian.org/CD/mirroring/#register says about its link to above page "You can register your mirror either by filling out the mirror submission form (note that the CDImage-* fields are the important ones) [...]" It seems that the submission form is not a suitable way any more.
