For example, I'd like to upgrade icewm package from 1.0.1-1(potato) to 1.0.4-1(woody). I can find it under /dists/woody/main/binary-i386/x11/ subdirectory. I also downloaded /dists/woody/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz and the rev. of icewm shown in Packages.gz is 1.0.1-1 which is for potato but not woody. No wonder that I can't use "apt-get install icewm" to upgrade it. The contents of Packages.gz doesn't match the actual packages under woody! Is this normal ? Jason
