zh-autoconvert 0.3.7 in unstable now

     分成了三個包 zh-autoconvert  轉換程序
                       libhz0                  [EMAIL PROTECTED]  
提供了漢字編碼判斷，gb/hz/uni/utf7/utf8/big5轉換函數
                       libhz-dev             頭文件和靜態庫
