我現在用的是gnome-xchat, xchat
支持perl的plugins。我想應該不會很難，我們只要處理從irc
server發過來的消息就行，將irc過來的消息直接
交給autogb,or
autob5，不管從irc來的消息是gb還是big5,我們總能得到需要的編碼。不過這樣需要大家都裝這個plugin，我想不出更好的辦法了。
BTW: #debian-zh太冷清了。

呵呵, 好主意啊. 但是 IRC 的 Plugin [EMAIL PROTECTED] Client 都有自己
的 API, 這樣就比較煩啊... mmmmm
