The colon represents the foka> epoch in a version number, but the colon sometimes isn't safe, foka> especially on an MS-DOS / Windows system where the colon is used to foka> represent a drive letter; so, the colon is changed into "%3a" instead.
谢谢你和zhaoway的解释! 从woody升级到unstable的问题出在imagemagick包上.unstable版的imagemagick 需要unstable中的libmagick5;当unstable中的libmagick5时,它又说和woody版中的 imagemagick矛盾而不能安装.此时woody版中的imagemagick已处在broken状态. 我只好回到woody中把imagemagick恢复,然后再remove. 之后才能继续升级. 折腾了我一天一夜. cheers, Wen
