For debian, the charmap is in /usr/share/i18n/charmap/GBK.gz, the locale is the same as GB2312, so it is /usr/share/i18n/locales/zh_CN. It is part of glibc's localedata. So you can get it from glibc source. Anywhere, like ftp.gnu.org . -- Best regard hashao
