Well, thank you very much for your reply. I know some of the locale stuff. I didn't mean to ask perl itself to show me Chinese msg but applications based on it to show me the specified msg. :) OK, have a look into the perled apt-setup and you could get some "Description" there. Guys programmed it and I thought it would be useful or it would not be there. I don't think apt-setup is similar with C-binary programs. I did search via google.com and got some in the perl official documentation but all were NOT exactly what I wanted. Bad news. :( Any other better advice? :)
