so what? there are more translations for french than for chinese... ok, but I doubt that other distributions have more apps translated into chinese... AFAIK all distributions provide the original software packages as they are provided by the program authors. So, if you want a chinese translation for a specific program, contact the author directly and maybe provide a translation if you can.
