我新装的woody,perl运行时报告：

LANG = "zh_CN.GB2312"
are supported and installed on your system.
Perl: Warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
我已经安装了Locale，设置了/etc/locale.gen,并用locale-gen产生了
GB2312和UTF-8两个locale。相关的环境变量也按照debian-chinese-fag
作了设置，还需要做什么？
刚刚发现，新装的xsim运行时也报告can't set locale.
