Sorry for late reply. It's ok for me to make scim-chinese deb package and integrate it into debian.
And I wonder if it's ok to integrate the debian files into scim and scim-tables offical package, so people can make deb as well as rpm package by themselves.

I think if I redistribute scim-chinese for Debian users, it qualifies for testing purpose.
