scim 系列非官方软 件包更新

今天把 apt.debian.org.tw 软件库中的 scim 系列软件包都更新了一遍，
以解决部分输入法与 scim 1.4.x 不兼容的问题。可用的软件包及其版本
列表如下：

scim 1.4.2-0.1
scim-pinyin 0.5.0+SVN2.1
scim-tables 0.5.3-0.1
scim-fcitx 3.1.1-3.3
scim-ccinput 0.3.1-3
