OK。我已经浏览了一遍，修正了几个明显的问题。 我已经更新了英文 html[1]，中文 html[2] 和 pdf[3]。鉴于目前的构建系统输出的 pdf 质量较差，我又用 fop 生成了 pdf[4]。
