因為這邊應該是在說明如何寫 debian/control 檔裡面的 Description 欄位，內容主要會以英文為主，所以我想應該先按照原文說明在寫 Description 的時候應該使用無冠詞的格式，然後可以在附欄再說明翻譯 package description[1] 的時候可以使用的中文慣例。而文中範例應該要保留英文原文不翻譯。
