Each time we generate a fresh AMI, it's a separate snapshot (so the snap ID changes), so the file name I have manually dumped a compressed dd of the bock device should be updated.
I have just regenerated the images for i386 and amd64 in US-East-1 with the unwanted contrib and non-free removed: ami-89ba3de0: 379101102735/debian-squeeze-i386-20121118 ami-e3ba3d8a: 379101102735/debian-squeeze-amd64-20121118 I will have to manually update the dump of the snapshot into an file that is accessible for download from S3 (along with the Md5). I'll be on this tonight. In the meantime, for those with access to AWS, please test these new images - any DD who wants an account to spin up instances please contact me. I'll submit these two new AMI IDs (above) tonight to the Marketplace team.
